There are 70 Readers in the Fitzroy Method. All of them are carefully graded to ensure smooth and stress free reading success. Every Reader builds on the ones before it, providing the most systematic course available.
Unlike many other readers, all Fitzroy Phonics Readers are complete stories. This not only improves memory retention, it also makes them fun to read.
Fitzroy Word Skills Books
The Fitzroy Word Skills Books work hand in hand with the Readers. Using the same systematic, step-by-step design, they are the ideal way to ensure retention and understanding of all key concepts covered in the Readers. They also provide a complete grammar course.
Word Skills Answer Books
Every Word Skills Book has an accompanying Words Skills Answer Book. They provide answers to every Word Skill question and their clear layout and easy to read format makes marking easy - saving both time and energy.
Alphabet Book
The Alphabet Book is the Fitzroy Method’s pre-reading and writing book. It teaches all of the letters and is filled with pages of fun games & activities. It also includes pre-writing exercises to help improve your child's fine motor skills (hand-pen coordination).
Alphabetics Game
Alphabetics is a fun, Scrabble®-like word forming game that will soon have your child writing whole words with ease. It features English digraphs (e.g. sh, ch and tion) as well as the consonants and vowels to boost spelling pattern recognition.
Teacher's Guide
The Teacher’s Guide makes teaching easy. Written in clear, easy-to-understand language, it covers all key components of the Fitzroy Method and features over 100 pages of copiable teacher resources, including: lesson plans, spelling rules, spelling tests, and much much more.
Fitzroy Talking Readers Software
Fitzroy Talking Readers is a great way for your child to learn even when you can't be present to help out. With all of the Fitzroy Phonics Readers up to 30 on CD-Rom and plenty of games and word activities included in the programme, it is guaranteed to accelerate learning for everyone.
Fitzroy Phonics Audio CDs
All Fitzroy Phonics Readers are on audio CD. A must for ESL students, these CDs are great for children who need a little bit of extra support when reading. They are also enjoyed at story time.
Fitzroy Sounds
The best way to fast-track early reading development is to learn the basic letter sounds. Fitzroy Sounds is a quick, fun way to do this. Children simply listen and sing along to the CD.

The Fitzroy Files is available only to participants of the Fitzroy Method Professional Development Courses or as part of a complete range pack. Fitzroy Word Families
The Fitzroy Word Families are great for extra spelling and word forming practice. They should not be used instead of the Fitzroy Readers, but used in conjunction they can help students gain greater reading and writing confidence.
