We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped within the next 2 business days.
To ensure prompt delivery of your online order, please provide us with a suitable residential or business address.

Delivery Within Australia
New STAR TRACK EXPRESS DELIVERY service for all physical addresses.
(PO Box addresses must still be carried by Australia Post)
Items delivered to capital cities in 2-3 days: elsewhere, maximum 7 days.
Tracking is generally available at least two (2) days after shipment. We provide authority to STAR TRACK to leave articles on premises without signature unless you advise us not to.
We will deliver to the address of your choice according to the conditions below. Simply inform us of the delivery address when you place your order at www.fitzprog.com.au
Fitzroy Programs uses the services of Star Track Express (owned by Australia Post & Qantas) to deliver your orders. Delivery time usually is 1 or 2 working days for capital cities, and 3 to 7 working days for the rest of Australia for orders placed before 1pm (Melbourne time). We are rarely out of a product – and if we are, it’s not for long. If the user has submitted correct data, these delays should never exceed 30 days.
Thanks to the new delivery service, you can track the delivery of your parcel. Simply inform us of your email address and click on the link that figures in the confirmation email you will have received from Star Track Express. You will then be redirected to the Star Track Express website.
The parcel will be delivered to your stated place of delivery. A Star Track Express employee will try to contact you by telephone or email if the delivery was unsuccessful. Failing a reply from you within 48 hours, the order will automatically be returned to us.

Extra and late Deliveries
If we send an extra package after the main package, no additional postage charges apply. We will of course notify you if an item has sold out. If you have not received your order within the days specified, please contact us at email@example.com
The amount for carriage costs is based on the transport costs of the parcel. These costs are payable only once per order - even if this is delivered in several parcels. The delivery costs are fixed according to the weight and the destination country. Goods will be delivered in approximately 3-7 postal working days. Upon arrival in the destination country, the parcels are distributed by the local postal services.
Customs in the receiving country
Occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days. Our postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
