Shipping Facts
The Fitzroy Programs uses Australia Post for all of its international shipping. The rates Australia Post charges are cheaper than couriers.
All packages with the exception of the Early Pack are shipped with Express Post International. The Early Pack (to save on cost), uses air mail.
International Shipping Zones
There are four international shipping zones: North America / Middle East, Asia / India / Pacific, New Zealand and Europe / Rest of World. Make sure that you click on the right 'Add to Cart' button when ordering. Otherwise you will not be charged the correct postage and we will be unable to process your order.
International Estimated Time of Arrival
If you live in a major city, goods using Exress Post International are expected to arrive between 3-7 working days after they are sent, while goods using air mail will take between 3-10 working days. For more remote places, please expect longer arrival times.
